Fergie JR receiving unwarranted pelters (in my opinion) for not bringing Ashley Youngs son on in their game vs Everton last night.

I’m in the camp that he was right not to bring him on as they didn’t concede the 2nd till the 98th minute and were chasing the game.

Agree, it's a shame Everton weren't out of sight earlier for that reason alone.

1 sub appearance all season and not been in the match squad at all for last 14 games.

Media doing what they do. Building up a massive story beforehand that wasn't a story, and now squeezing another story out of it afterwards

Maybe they're trying to deflect from the fact the match was moved to a Thursday just for media TV coverage

Can't believe it's even a debate. He works for Peterborough, not for the media who want a story. Unbelievable that anyone, especially an Everton player, is having a go at him for this. Even if they'd been 4-0 down he can pick whoever he sees fit.

Loath as I am to defend Fergie he's done absolutely nothing wrong here. Typical Premier League arrogance to assume the little club should know their place and do the big boys a favour. Peterborough are a professional football team who were 1-0 down in a competitive match, they aren't competition winners.
