Surprised we have released details for this game before tomorrow’s game as I’m sure that’s the weekend of the next round

That's the initial allocation, why on earth Rovers just don't ask for the full allocation straight away is daft!

That will be the full allocation

The north stand has a capacity of just over 2,000.

Probably wrong, but perhaps the away club have to buy  ‘batches’ of tickets from the home club. So they must ensure they’re sold to avoid a loss, hence the allocations are on the ‘safe’ side with smaller batches bought nearer the game day when the away club can assess the risk more accurately and purchase smaller amounts they know will be sold.

Quote from local paper when NottsCounty only got 999 tickets
“Chesterfield have sold season tickets behind the net in the North Stand, which means away followings have been moved to the end two blocks in the East Stand”

Chesterfield have season ticket holders in part of the North Stand this season, the initial allocation will be the only allocation we get

They don't have 10k in every week but they probably will for this one being a local game.

Another reason I can't wait to get out of this division as most away ends in lg1 hold loads more than lg2 grounds.
I've missed out on a few away games this season because of this.

Hopefully get one. 1000 isn’t great really is it. They only average 8000.

"We have been provided an allocation of 1,061 seated tickets for our trip to Chesterfield in Sky Bet League Two on Saturday, February 8, 2025 (3pm)"

Can't see the word initial?

Would genuinely rather be going to Chezzy that weekend than watch us play palace at home.

The cup game puts me over 60 points so probably likely I'll be able to attend Chesterfield away now
