Yes, I've just read they have used some of the Prem money to go straight towards a 25,000 capacity rather than an initial 17500 which could be increased later. Unclear whether the construction costs are locked in or subject to inflation. Much of the finance has come from a land sale apparently. Still it's long overdue but Kenilworth Road was pretty unique and I hope some of it is preserved, especially those turnstiles in the row of terraced houses.
