Thought he was good today. Let the game flow and got on the right side of the decision on the hard tackles. Cards where they were needed. Have had a lot worse than him.

Tried to let the game flow some of his decisions were a little ponderous but a decent performance (in comparison to some of the refs we’ve had recently)

Tried to let game flow but riddled with errors for both Teams.

Followed his mantra of not letting his issue of a Yellow Card affect his ability to issue a second one though ! A point for that

I thought he let Number 10 off far too lightly though when HE was trying to Ref the game and noticeably got away with doing it far too long. Yes I know he was Captain but even after a warning he clearly dissented the West Stand Lino who alerted the Ref who theatrically ( as he was the star yesterday in case you didn't notice ) called him 15 yards and still didn't produce a Yellow

Thought Ref was foxed by our Green Shirt , confusing us with Ireland RU Team and so allowing all the rucking and mauling all over the Pitch

Not as bad as some we've had but that's not saying much.  I thought some of his decisions were quite bizarre. Although we benefitted from more than we suffered from.
