Did Gibbo pay them not to show his miss in added time?

Usher wide.

If he had scored it might JUST have won him another contract but as soon as often happens with Gibbo, he gets himself into position & ‘pulls the trigger’ before a ‘last look up’.

It’s why he either scores what look like goals that come from a natural instinctive gift or blazes them high & wide.

The latter being all too familiar.

Highlights here.

His chance isnt as easy as people are making out.
Many others fluffed their chances so harsh on gibson.

Sharp, molyneux, middleton, gotts all had chances that they either slashed wide or didnt even get the shot off.

And Haks running offside when in acres of space. That was the chance to win it

Fair comment; Gibbo’s chance doesn’t look as easy as it did from my viewpoint behind the goal.
Should still have got it on target though.

This is a big downfall for us. Our players when getting a chance to shot look more just to hit it and hope it goes in or on target at least.
When Cardiff came to us you could see that they were placing it. Shows the gulf in top to bottom.

Robbie Gotts had an excellent shot with his left foot which almost got him a goal.
