Showed exactly how to get behind their team today from the 1st minute right to the end in a relegation battle.

Did they sing how sh** must you be we're winning at home? Like our south stand kiddy creche does, or did they actually support their team?

That’s the marker for this Saturday then black bank. Should be a decent crowd with the cheaper ticket prices so no excuses to get behind the boys.
A long rendition of G Mc red and white army won’t hurt either

Completely forgot it was £12 at the weekend. Needs to be plastered all over social media daily. Saturday is huge. If Exeter don't win and we win we're almost there.

If Reading are any good on the ball chuck a few more cows on that field of ours too this week.

Always had respect for Exeter fans on account of an evening game at Belle Vue. Early 80’s. 82 at a guess under Bremner when Rovers went on that loony run of high scoring games.

An absolutely dreadful night with driving rain from start to finish. Rovers, I think won 6-0.

There were just four Exeter fans standing on the uncovered away end overlooking the old airfield. They were soaking wet and getting slaughtered but in the second half they all linked arms and did the Can Can until the final whistle in the pouring rain.

Must have been a long drag home.

Respect.

Friday 10 September 1982. Rovers 6 Exeter City 1. That was the first defeat of the season for Exeter City.

You were one of 3205 at Belle Vue that evening.

And the start of a crazy run of games, more like tennis scores with the 4th set incomplete.....
6-1 Exeter
7-5 Reading
3-6 Wigan
4-4 Brentford
