Living in Bradford I know a lot of City fans and at the gym football is always discussed. Most City fans I know can’t believe where they are in the league. They say City haven’t played well and don’t have a decent striker and no money to get better players.
They also lost about 3.5 million last year.

Shocked at some of the stuff in this thread. Gives his all every game, always exciting when he gets the ball, might not always come off but he is one of a very few who can create that magic and clearly loves being here (or did). Last year he was unplaybale and in patches that same this year. I just think he's tired and he has had a couple of niggles towards the end of this seaon.

Getting on the back of someone who arguably has been our best player over the past few years is baffling. Also whats the alternative? Haks? Gibson? Middleton. He gives everything defensivly which he has been much better at this season. He scores that goal and everyone is lauding him.

Give me a break, Mols, Gotts and Bailey best in squad by a long way and its not even close.

I can understand him wanting to have a say on the matter, and I think with reflection, he’d probably want to retract it, as he surely knows it’s only a few in the West stand who felt the need to have a go. In the South stand, the vast majority stood and applauded him off the field. In fact, I was shocked GM brought him off! The lad knew he’d dropped a clanger and was no doubt annoyed with himself.

He has to be a part of a new look front line next season, one that should have much higher quality, especially down the middle.

I would say that 99.99% of Donny fans gave him a good ovation when he came off, there is not alot you can do about the other 0.01% who foolishly jeered him. Think Mols just needs to forget about it.

It’s not great, and fans have a right to moan and groan if a player does something wrong, but this is a guy who runs himself into the ground every week, probably more desire than most to do well for DRFC. He missed a shot, get over it. He will have been told and it will have been a learning.

However, he does need to shrug it off -all clubs have these types of people, it will only be amplified at bigger clubs.
