Steig Larsson

Not sure if anyone on here reads regularly, but I've recently finished reading the Millennium Trilogy by Steig Larsson.

There are 3 books (hence the \"Trilogy\") starting with The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played With Fire and finally Thr Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest. The first has been made into a film which has just been released.

Thoroughly recommendable, a bit heavy to read at times, but amongst the best reads I have gone through in years!

Would agree with that, I'm not far off finishing The Girl Who Played With Fire, brilliant books, looking forward to the last one.

The film is also excellent but not that true to the book, plus it's Swedish with English subtitles so might not appeal to some, but it is a very good film!

Was also surprised to read that Larsson died before the books were published, meaning he never knew how popular they would become.
