Like us on a bad day last season.

Possession, possession, possession and barely a ball in behind the defence.

And there's nobody in the team bugger than 5 foot 7.

bar-ce-fcuking-lona

after there hoodwinked the ref to sending the inter player off
in 1st half they got what they deserved 'bugger all'

sooner or later the powers that be will have to punish such acts
after the game has finished.

laughed me tits off when barca thought they pulled it level on deaths door
only for ref to correctly blow for handball

good goal mind you for barca

Talk of Barca reminding us of us, what about inter? We try and defend like that when trying to protect a lead. I hope SOD was watching that tonight as if you synchronise it and keep discipline, you can stop any team  :cheer:

another thing that get me goat about barca that west ham england flag you allways see
at camp nou behind that goal

bumped into hammers fans attached to that flag out in barca one year, which left us with a bad taste in me mouth

hence why that flag gets on me nerves i guess

Birmingham City away ? (except THEY got the 1-0 win)

10 men for about the same time

One Team (Birmingham?) did not reappear for ages after half time

One superb looking save from Maik Taylor and bugger all else

Agree with that
Loved the bit they showed after when the t**t was on the deck hands covering his eyes then he sort of peeled his hand back to see if anybody was looking then covered it up again

Mourhino made himself look a knob at the end, though.

I thought Mourhino was brilliant in the end.  Pure emotion.

Wish he was back in english football

Well done Jose and Inter. Barca are a fantastic team, but clearly beatable if you know how to stifle their game.

I thought Lionel was/and is over protected. What about that one where the ball went out and Maicon shielded the ball out from Messi behind the goal (like they do a 1000 times). As Messi couldn't get round Maicon to retrieve the ball he decides to scythe him down when both ball and player are at least 1 yard over the goal-line. Maicon genuinely clatters into the hoarding and hurts his shoulder. Instead of getting up and collapsing on the pitch moments later, he should have stayed there, rolled around a bit, had a peep out of his hands to see if the ref was watching, waited while his colleagues surround the ref.......and then see what the ref does. A little over exuberant, yes.....but it was a cheap, vicious tackle from the great one and deserved punishment

I knew Inter would see off Barcelona last night, I had no doubts Mourinho knew how to do it.

There really hasn't been a manager like him since Clough, he's larger than life. The sooner he's back in England shaking things up the better.

Another game where Messi was largely ineffective, put the shackles on him and he runs out of ideas, give him space like Arsenal did and he looks a world beater. If England play Argentina in the world cup I would expect Cappello to man mark Messi out of the game
