Why can't you say who it is. If he's already agreed to join us then there is no risk of a rumour on a forum effecting it.

 He has told his Dad that he wants to join us and no-one else, but he hasn't signed yet. I am erring on the side of discretion to be on the safe side. I only started this thread to allay peoples fears that we weren't actively doing anything apart from hoping to get Billy.
