Completely agree there Colin C.  In fact my guess is that SO'D was a major factor in his decision to come here.  Yes he enjoyed his football last season and that too is of course down to SO'D, but I rather think Billy has seen what an immense character SO'D is in the holistic approach he has to coaching, not just football skills but character building and life skills, and does it all leading by example.... carbon copy of the Kevin Blackwell school of management.
