So what a ground breaking day its been and to use the phrase that JR used in 1999 \"Signing that will shock the world\"!!!
So what are the expectations now? Surely with such massive investment the play off min requirements ....will the pressure alter our free flowing performances?
What is the business plan ...all out for the premiership so we can get our money back? Or is the Sharp signing a smoke screen and players will be sold to finance it?
I beleive the corner has been turned and now we are on the last part of this amazing journey and I for one hope with every last breath I will see the promised land!
Milk this for all its worth Donny and ensure that the Keepmoat is sold out every game!

Lets hope the likes of Stock, O Connor, Copps etc dont go knocking on SOD's door wanting a pay increase to get nr Billys wages or they re off. Unless of course Billy has taken a pay cut

I don't think JR and the board would have put us in such a position to start being held by players over wages which then would lead to our budget spiraling out of control. I obviously have no idea about the ins and outs of it but my guess would be Sharp will have taken a bit of a pay cut to bring it into our range. I hope so anyway, wouldn't want the situation you're describing as that would be a disaster.

Those three are all in the last year of their contracts. Is the bigger picture, there is now more chance of them being willing to extend those contracts now the club has shown ambition?

That is the case do not let them go down to last few months like we did with Roberts .......

Otherwise I can see all three getting tapped up and there being a \"done\" deal six months down the line as per Roberts !
