To let everybody who bought tickets know the prizes had been claimed, so there was no point in running back down to the KMS and scrabbling around for your discarded ticket

If they did n`t post the results you would have people complaining that they never get to know the results, you just can`t win with some folk!

Because we've had folk moaning on here about NOT knowing the winning numbers. Dont knock the lottery team for quickly responding to requests for this info !
