Desperate for more trade? Good for the punters however you look at it, but I would imagine most people have already made their minds up about renewing for next season. It's the floating \"supporter\" (of which I'm not sure I qualify as one) who needs encouragement in bucket loads.

I've been into ticket office today and had to queue for about 10 minutes... not cos of business, just due to slowness of the 3 on the windows. But there were 4 people in before, and behind me who were clutching their application form so it must be still bringing them through the door.
