I've volunteered. Mainly because I wouldn't mind getting more information about it.I think a loyalty card scheme is definitely a good idea if it is deployed properly. It might be the first step towards the club being able to improve the way it markets itself to supporters, and the way it looks after its existing customers.

possible marketing paper exercise???? To be honest they've probably read on here some of the negatives/problems they face in defining certains factors relating to each fan-types. Its going to be impossible to please all of us, so they would have to define a loyalty point system which would be fair across the wide spectrum of fans in order for it to provide consistency as well as showing 'loyalty' in each individual cases.... Don't fancy their job to be honest. But hope I get something back from them 'cos I'm intrigued to see what they come up with and how 'loyality' will be personified.
I haven't heard anything back yet.
