Like Dean Saunders a lot. Completely at ease, seems to have that balance of nurturing and calling players out when they are trying it on. He's right about having characters. Rovers kind of lost that 'unruly' quality under SOD, with the occasional exception (Afro Goal Machine and Billy Sharp being notable exceptions).

Also, from the highlights I've seen, we are capable of playing some nice stuff as well as direct... Horses for courses.
