Ruddy Hell I knew it was bad but what could have happened if a train was going over, well the train going to Scunny would have been empty but the other way  :ohmy:

I live directly the other side of that pit tip, I`m glad it slid towards the railway and not our houses and a school, the pit have yet to issue any info to residents and now they`re shipping the coal out by road, there`s well over 500 lorry movements a day going through Hatfield and Dunscroft, during the school holidays as well!

 I'm old enough to remember Aberfan albeit I was about 9 and the consequences could have been absolutely horrendous again
