I reserved mine and paid for them when I could get there. Best bet is to ring and ask.

Unfortunately tickets cannot be reserved for the general public whilst they are only on sale to STH's and members. 

MrFrost you were able to reserve them within the Season Ticket Week as they were being bought by STH's and the mitigating circumstances surrounding the transaction, so we held them until you could get in.

Unfortunately the privilege of buying whilst onto sth's is for the sth themselves to attend the match, which is why we operate a like for like system, so we cannot upgrade the U11's.

Tracy, could he return the junior tickets to yourselves for a refund (minus maybe a small admin charge?) and they could then be put on re-sale as adult tickets?  It's highly unlikely he'll be able to flog two under-11 tickets without being able to provide accompanying adult tickets and they'll otherwise go to waste...
