Team of leaders?

Been thinking about this, but, does anybody think in recent times that we have had a team with more 'born winners' and leaders than the current crop? Jones, mccombe, brown, spurr, hume, Sullivan are the names I can think of straight away. Coppinger with his 10 years (almost) clearly loves the club and will give all for the cause.
It's because of names like the above that, I think, will see us through tomorrow. We might not have the most 'flair' of recent rovers teams, but i can't think of a team that has played with more fight or determination. Thoughts?

I think you're right, more determination and bloodymindedness in this team than I can ever remember.
Shown as much as anything in the number of times we've won from being behind or got last minute goals.

Totally agree colincramb
Although we dont play the pretty football of the 2008 team we sure know how to dig in when we need to. This is just as gooder quality to have compared to skill

The beauty is getting a combination of both.

The question is whether that attitude will be enough one level up.
It is a key ingredient, but Rovers might need a bit more variation in style of play next year. Flynny needs to find some more quality on the cheap in the summer. Let's hope his contacts come good.
