what it boils down to now
« on April 20, 2013, 10:41:53 pm by scaley back rover »
look fellow forum members i am as dissapointed as anyone else on here tonight in fact i am rageing. But its been and gone all the ifs buts and maybes are just that. Whoever is to blame and whos not to blame really should be left to be debated at the end of the season (whenever that may be) We know whats required on saturday and we need to get behind the team to help them push over the line. We have a big task on saturday make no mistake but we can do it as its in our hands. So lets leave the post mortorm for the end of the season as our season is far from dead yet.

One thing we have in our favour: whenever we've lost, and people have said we're going to start sliding, we bounce back. See: Bournemouth, Crewe, Swindon etc. In a way I'm a little more reassured by that than if we'd won today (not in terms of promotion obviously since we'd be up by now, I mean purely in terms of getting something from Brentford).

I have a feeling John Ryan would argue we can't afford not to be promoted.

So why didn't he and dick and liddy get their hands in the pocket to make sure we didn't get relegated? Notice how he hasn't be carrying out his usual sabre rattling this season!

The club can't afford to earn that extra £3million a year. Yeah, that makes sense...

savvy with respect mate i posted this thread to be a positive after a bad day. What u say is your opinion of which u r entitled to but could we try for once to have a positive thread without the negative comments. we can save All the arguments for after the season (in which we still have it all to play for) . we need to all get behind the side now and put our thoughts of who what and why its gone wrong out of the way and have these conversations if it does go wrong. it could still and can go the right way lets just back the side and believe

We have to wind or draw on Saturday...I can't really afford to be flying over from Canada for the playoffs as I'm coming over again in September for my brothers stag doo & wedding. Come on boys for my sake a clean sheet is a must!

Good god Dickos get real man, are you Brian Flynn is disguise? We were top of the league for 2 months, 'best team in the league' according to Flynn, going into over drive for the last 10 games, license to thrill, pull away and won the SPL. \we are in front on 12500 supporters and dish up a one dimensional, lack lustre performance against a mid and lower table team (Carlisle) and got exactly NO POINTS...................that isn't promotion form, or even play off form but more like relegation form, so if you feel happy with that when we were supposed to be going for the title and you are happy with that the fine.................I personally think that Flynn is clueless, hence the reason why Swansea ejected him and so did Wales!!

You've missed a BF quote out“We’ve got plenty left and we’ll finish with a sprint,” said Flynn  :ermm:
