...why? hardly pulled up trees at Oldham and Appleton did well with Portsmouth, all things considered.

Dickov is long odds on still. They seem pretty sure. Bookmakers don't set prices on their opinion, they set prices on how much money they take on a certain person. If people are having lumps on someone they usually know something.

Noone will have had lumps on Dickov cos he's been 1/4 and shorter since BF went upstairs - it's opinion and twitter/gossip that has made him so short!
