My local team here. Doing well this season. Freddie Piquionne starting up front today. Putting himself about a bit. They have a fantastic set up. Great ale that you can take to your seat. Passionate fans. Almost English atmosphere wise.
They have a Canadian lad, Will Johnson, who anchors midfield and is a terrier. Reminds me of Animal Little. Would do very well in our team I reckon...
Off to see them play LA in a few weeks...

I watched them also PDX, I know he,s kn ocking on now, but former Bolton keeper Donovan Ricketts had an absolute blinder. I also liked the kid Nagme wqho scored for the Timbers.
That fella Johnson is the captain I think, very hard working and sets an example to the others.
I like the idea that every goalscorer gets a slice off a massive tree trunk cut by a bloke with a chain saw, like they do in the lumber jack games.
I also watched Brasil beat Japan, what a great goal from Naymar, looking forward to seeing him link up with Messi at Barca.

Dallas keeper made some class saves too. Good game and could have been 7-2. Good win. Yup, Johnson is captain. Like him a lot. Another sell out crowd as well.
