They should be presented to Lee Rigby's regiment
But then again I can't see what marines did wrong, other than being stupid enough to tape it

There are rules of war. It's what separates the civilised from the uncivilised. Without that check, there is nothing separating us from barbarism. The Marine who shot the unarmed Afghan knew that damn well because he said so.

Without the Geneva Convention, bestiality ensues. Like the Ukranian soldiers who played football with Polish babies after invading a border village in WWII. They would have had supporters justifying their actions.

You want to consider yourself civilised? Then you accept the rules. And there are consequences for breaking them.

EDIT: By the way, when I say that the Ukranian soldiers played football with Polish babies, I don't mean that they had an impromptu 5-a-side. They used the babies AS footballs and kicked them around till they were in bits. THAT is where the bottom of the slope leads you to once you start deciding that your enemy is sub-human and doesn't deserve protection.

Hence why he should have Been up in front Of an millatry court, not
A Public one.

Then he will serve his time in a millatry prison, put him in a state prison
And some extremists could try to Get to him.
