What JR did today was designed to get you emotional.

It's hard for fans to make an honest judgement on what is best for the club because we are in the midst of a political shit-storm.

Really? Stop it. How about "'heart-on-sleeve' Chairman steps down because he's had enough". At least my theory has some legs. We know he wears his heart on his sleeve AND he's expressed his frustration on national TV.

He's run a successful business and football club for decades. He's a millionaire. He's a very intelligent man. Just because he 'wears his heart on his sleeve' when it comes to football matters does not mean he suddenly becomes a mis-guided fool and is making decisions on a whim. What he did today was a planned strategy to guide the club in the direct he see fit. Don't misinterpret what has just gone on.

NO I don't find it easy. I've stated I don't want SC capital in charge - but I now believe the status quo can't go on either. So I don't know where that leaves us ... what worries me is the total breakdown in relations between the current board members.

And don't you ascribe an agenda to a man when you have nothing but your own brain power conjuring it up. You may well be right, there's no denying that. However, you have absolutely not one FACT to PROVE it. Not one.

Well, only time will tell.

I think it is naive to believe that JR has resigned at the time he has and in the manner he has without some motive for pushing something through. If he has 'just gone', well then that is a terrible way for him to go and I don't think it is the way he would have liked to have gone either.

Thing is, we don't and I am a stickler for theories being presented as facts. Hate it.

JR says other directors talking to SQ behind his back and that they have been instructed not to speak to him. Assuming that is correct, it would appear that JR is surplus to requirements. What's he going to push through?

Whatever. I do, however, agree that this almost certainly ain't over.
