I heard it was an argument over music and dance tastes.
The Elvis guy liked dancing in an infantile manner with a plastic ring to heavy metal. Stokes was preferred 1980s style left-field British guitar bands, and was acting like a t**t.
Stokes called Elvis a Rocker Hula Baby and Elvis called him an Indie Get-o.
Christ that was hard.
