I can't stand this bloke but...
« on December 19, 2014, 05:03:18 pm by IC1967 »
I may have to change my opinion. He at least amongst the hard left is prepared to admit he got it wrong about the EU. He has seen the light and even though some of his reasons for it may be a bit different to mine, he now sees that the EU is a bad idea. I have to admit I do admire his courage in admitting he was previously wrong, something I'm not afraid to do (unlike some others around here I could mention).

All you leftie Europhiles could do with reading his excellent article. If it doesn't change your mind then there is no hope for you.

Who? Never heard of the bloke. If he's some sort of director on the Huffington Post then we all know already what he stands for don't we?

Cheers

You do surprise me. He is a hero of the left and very well known. He is so hardcore left that his comments on the EU are amazing. I'm also surprised you are dissing the Huffington Post. I thought it was essential reading for all you lefties.

I bet Billy loves the bloke and reads the Huffington Post every day. This shows just how hardcore left Mehdi is.
