Website says no pay on day, not sure if they will still be on sale tomorrow.

I'm sure I read someone on here say it would be open today. Presumably they got their info from the club, poor communication from them if this is the case.

No it's not a disgrace. If people wanted tickets that badly, they'd have got off their arse and got one during the few weeks they were on sale, including during home games.
If people are bone idle enough to wait until the last minute, why should the girls in the ticket office take the flak. They're entitled to a day off on a bank holiday, just like everyone else.

Not actually the point Dicko's, its customer service something Rovers are to an extent are sadly lacking at, the shop and ticket office need to be open when people need them not when Rovers perceive that they are needed and that really includes Sunday mornings when the Boot sale is on.

My job used to to be Mon- Fri with every 4th weekend on call, its now 7 days a week with various shifts between 7 am and 10 pm including Bank Holidays, now I'm not saying it should be normal opening however a bank holiday the day before a big local derby they should have a limited opening  say 10-2  or even 10 till 12 and make sure its advertised as such.

I used to frequent a club that didn't normally open dinner times   they tried to open bank holiday dinner times and it was announced the night before, then the steward used to say ...see not worth it nobody came in guess the steward wanted B/H off
