Wellens was mom quite rightly but Evina ran him close.
I heard someone slagging Evina off on my way back to the car, must have been the writer of the OP.

Jones has shown himself to be tactically inept...for a team that is struggling to create chances how can he continually ignore Forrester....quite bizarre

Simple answer - HF can't hack it in this Division for 10mins never mind 90, Flash Harry, sorry JMHO
His only decent performance over 90mins was against Coventry when he tore their right back to shreds.

Forrester was found out last season when the chips were down. His performances against Bristol City and Bradford were gutless. No matter how talented the lad is (and he is) he has no place in football at this level if he can't stand up when the muck and bullets are flying.
Trouble is, I don't think that is his only problem. There was a little cameo at Bramall Lane. He'd just come on as a sub. We won a free kick 20 yards out on the right front edge of the box. Ideal ATS territory (and for all that lad's limitations, he can hit a free kick). ATS went over to the ball only to find that Forrester had grabbed it and decided HE was taking it. And he did. He put it 10 yards over the bar.
As an isolated incident, I'd ignore it. But it's not isolated is it? Same thing happened in the match against Sheff Utd last season.
In short, the lad gives the impression of having a severely over-inflated opinion of his own ability, and an ego that puts his own need to impress above the team's requirements.
He HAS got talent to burn. But until he sorts out his heart and his ego, he's pissing a lot of potential away.

BST, I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with you, but that may explain why he doesn't seem to be given much playing time. Perhaps his attitude isn't right.

Rob Jones body language showed it today
He was pissed off he didn't get the job and didn't appear interested
He possibly had the strongest bench we have had for weeks but again didn't have the courage or nouse to use it
Thank goodness we have got a complete new set of eyes to take a good look at the whole playing squad a pick a team on credit not on passed performances or favourites

Funny that. I was thinking exactly the opposite today. I was wondering what Jones's attitude would be, and was delighted to see him looking immersed in the performance. He was continually calling and signalling to the players throughout the match. But then, he's a professional in the true sense of the word.

I agree with Big lad up front. I thought Jones look deflated/demoralised and not his usual self on the touchline.
