We could realistically be level on points with 7th by the end of play tomorrow. Millwall and Port Vale not playing, Blunts and Sarfend both away.

Actually think a draw between Peterborough and Southend would be the best result for us.

I expect Posh will put 4 past Southend, or more.

We just need to focus on our game. People seem to be understimating Gillingham, they're up there for a reason.

We just need to focus on our game. People seem to be understimating Gillingham, they're up there for a reason.

Just my opinion but I thought Gillingham did not look all that special when we played them at Priestfield this season, we gifted them two goals and they had some help from the ref. At the time a few of the traveling Donny faithful made some rather rude gesticulations directed at  Dickov as he did the walk of shame at the end of the match, a harsh but fair assessment of his managerial skills one might say, the wisdom of which hindsight has proven.  Certainly we are playing an entirely different brand of football now albeit with much the same players and I doubt whether the Gills will be able to cope with it.

The reason they are up there is the momentum they have had since the start of the season which they have managed to sustain with a fairly ordinary squad thus going to prove that psychology, tactics and motivation make such a difference. I predict that they will drop off the pace through the second half of the season, my heart tells me Donny will surge and eliminate the Gills in the play offs.
