Was there an elbow on Tyson in the 2nd half, didn't see it so heard it was possibly Wollscheid?

Was it Wollscheid he clattered from behind after Williams was fouled? Thought he'd got away with a booking which amused me.

Think it was Crouch who caught him late on.

Tyson kicked him, which is why he got mad.  Tyson lucky not to get a red card, but I don't think the officials saw it.  The Stoke fans who had a clear view from behind the goal were shouting for a red card.

I thought it was because he rejected the big jessies advances.

Even so, he crabbed Tyson by the throat which should be a straight red and he got away with it.

There were many offences that would have been punished by a different Ref !

NT I thought was very fortunate that the Ref did not see his kick on that numpty 26 for a start

26 should have gone earlier for raising his hands to an opponent. How come all Refs don't follow the protocol ? They all know to book Players who take off their Shirts so why not when someone reacts like 26

Why did he not even get a Yellow ? He would then have walked for flattening AW

Why did Shawcross not get a Yellow late on for pulling down AW was it. Blatant Yellow

Well done Ref (not)

Because the ref was clearly on all the Stoke players' Christmas card lists

Tyson was very lucky not to get a red card. Chased their player after the game had been stopped for a free kick and kicked him.
I also thought he was our best player by a country mile

Never saw the kick, I assume it was just after that no. 26 had eyed Tyson up and shoved his shoulder or upper arm into Tysons face?

That 26 was a right dirty t**t, should have been sent off for raising his hands to Williams, got his cumuppance when Grant t**ted him in front of the dugouts though 😀

If the ref had blown before Tyson ran in, then Wollscheid was culpable because he had no need to step across Tyson and poleaxe him. The Stoke fans on their forum know that and they have been going ballistic about his lack of discipline there.

So. He's German. And he started it.

Wollscheid should never have been on that pitch after a very stormy and petulant display in the first half. He niggled, he grabbed, he fouled at each and every opportunity. He wasn't their only player either we were constantly all over them down both wings in that 1st half and basically that's all they could do to stop us. The referee just turned a blind eye to their behaviour.

The number of trips and pushes that went unnoticed was bad. Credit to our lads that Stoke were reduced to such measures.

... and credit to the Ref for allowing it all game long !

Hope the assessor takes notice of the "rules" he and his assistants did not enforce.

Anyone else think of Tyson as the new JJ? He seems to have a lot of the same qualities....except a lot faster...although tyson is likely not as good a plumber.

The stoke fans said that Wollscheid has a problem with his temper on their forum, he is known for the head to go now and again.
