We are not even in League 2 yet, nearly maybe but not yet.
Let's cross that bridge if it happens. You moan at the club but you are a defeatist, totally given up Mr Frost.
Yes we live in a democracy so you can moan all you like, but you take the biscuit.
STRIP THE CLUB FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, GET REAL what and whom are you going to replace it with.
Waiting for your inspired suggestions, please. They should be interesting.

Why do people assume those at the club can't be replaced?

What surprises me is that people are happy sticking with a heirarchy who are overseeing us sinking through the leagues without a fight.

Like I posted on this forum when Ryan left, I said we'd be back in League Two within 3 years.

We are completely devoid of any direction, influence or vision from the top which is where it should begin.

Tell me again then I missed it!
Who should own the club, who should be CEO and who should be manager, coach etc etc.
Please don't say JR as he is not going to come back is he?

I've not suggested new owners.

You said the club should be stripped from TOP to bottom.
What is your definition of TOP?

I said I'd start with the chairman. Even SM suggested the chairman we have isn't fit for purpose.

Why is he not fit for purpose. He may not be JR, but what has he done or not done that makes him not fit for purpose?
The problem is on the pitch isn't it, I didn't think the chairman was playing centre back for us!
The only thing the board have got wron is not sacking Dickov after relegation and maybe the app of DF is the wrong one IN HINDSIGHT.
Who would you have?

The chairman needs replacing by a person who has worked in the football area and financial area. The manager needs replacing by somebody who doesn't destroy a dressing room, instead of going for names with mythical contacts, go for a manager who the players and fans can identify with.
The board need to be looking at selling the club, if the shirt makers are interested let them have a go, they couldn't do any worse. Multiple players need shipping out, backroom staff, it needs a new start with people being looked for who can improve on the people we have.

Most clubs don't have a chairman who speaks regular in the media, our club is used to that approach. If he had the money and had a plan to get us going.
I wouldn't turn John Ryan away from having another go, if he had a proper plan, i just wasn't happy with the last effort at taking over, and personally i don't think he would want to come back now.
It hurts to say it, but the more the club works at being more professional, the more amateur they come across, i will support them whatever, but i see potential in a club that is being wasted.
