After a quick check - I reckon it hasn't happened before (league matches only). The nearest I can find is a sequence of 3-1, 3-0, 3-1 in 1979-80

We did win three matches in a row by 2-1 in 1924-25, and four in a row by 1-0 in 1981-82.

Winning three games in a row scoring lots of goals has actually happened quite a few times, especally in 1946-47 when, amongst other things, we actually won three successive matches by 5-3, 5-0 and 8-0. The very unusual thing today is the exact score being repeated 3 times.
