For God sake Dickos and MrFrostsDad, you're both as bad as each other.MFD, you seem to revel in defeat, taking the opportunity to complain at anything possible.Dickos, you're like an Ostrich, burying your head in the sand to any possible issues we may have.VivaRovers touched on it a couple of fanzines ago, the middle ground of rationality does not exist any more. People are either at one extreme or the other. You two are the ends of the spectrum.
I look at this team and it reminds me of the team that got relegated, with Brian Deane, Rufus Brevitt,Paul Raven, Mark Rankine etc. All good young players that went on to better things, losing narrowly most weeks. They just weren't experienced enough for the league that they were playing in. Three or four decent additions and we would have stayed up that year. Let's hope that we learn from history because whichever way you look at it we need to improve, fitness, injuries and experience in or before January.
mentally weak?I swear I thought you meant some of our "supporters" who post on here. Our team is a work in progress, we are a couple of players away from the finished article.Until we get these players in best you grow a pair and stop moaning.Merry Xmas everyone

I didn't think we could really have expected anyone better. Unfortunately, he's proved me wrong. He got us relegated in his first season when a half intelligent poodle could have kept us up, playing formations no-one had a clue about. Ok, it may be the board wouldn't let him spend any money in January because they thought we were safe, I don't know.Yes, we got promoted back to L1 at the first attempt, but with the exception of Portsmouth I suspect we had more resources than anyone else in L2.This season has been harder than we expected I think. But some of his decision making has been baffling in my eyes. Just one example was to bring on Kongolo for Whiteman on Saturday when we were 1 up. I'm sorry, but I can't think of anyone, experienced manager or someone with no idea about the game, who could possibly think that was a sensible substitution. And apparently he wants to keep Kongolo for the rest if the season. Why? I don't know anyone who has seen him who thinks that is a good idea, except DF.We're at a critical stage of the season. Good festive period and we could be pushing half way. Bad festive period and we'll be in the relegation zone. It wouldn't bother me in the slightest if Ferguson went. For me, we've made no progress at all since he came in.People say 'who would we get in if he went?' Well, Nigel Adkins and Paul Jewell have been out of work for a considerable time, until the last couple of weeks. Would that have come here if we'd got rid of Ferguson? Who knows? Whatever happens, the board won't get rid of him. I doubt they'd sack him even if we got relegated (which I still don't think we will by the way) I disagree, I never start topics saying how everything is rosy I mearly just respond to people being ridiculously negative all the time.I've said we need more experience in the middle of the park, I've said we need more pace throughout the side, I've criticised the players for not taking responsibility, I've said Williams is no good, There's lots that could be improved upon, but people didn't want Ferguson in the first place so whatever happens results wise is irrelevant they will still want him gone which brings about the ridiculous moaning.
You do know we were in the relegation zone when Ferguson took over don't you?

Next time maybe look at what I was responding to before jumping in all guns blazing. He said a poodle could have kept us up, I said we were in the relegation zone when he took over. What on earth that has to do with where we are now god only knows
