Is anyone else fed up with this twice-a-year malarkey? I reckon we should decide to either stay on GMT or BST all year round. I don't really care which, but let's stop changing the clocks twice a year.

I propose a referendum.
We did have a couple of years when we didn't alter the clocks, 1969 & 70 I think. That is when the myth of the Scottish schoolchildren being mown down appeared and regularly gets recycled.
