I'm sure everyone ticket has an actual seat number on it, but thats just for keeping track. There would be mayhem if someone asked a group at the middle back to give up their seat etc.

This is where tolerance and flexibility is required plus the assistance of the Stewards. No one who wishes to be in the central areas should expect to stay in the same seat or expect to remain seated all game. The same approach should apply as if it was the popular side at Belle Vue or any of the other terraces, where you might have to shuffle a bit to accommodate everyone. Anyone was wants to remain seated should  be at the sides/lower areas.  Let's face it, the view isn't going to be much different if you're a few seats to the left or right, or above or below.

When you look at the large away followings, more recently Oldham, they were all stood up bar none, man, woman, irrespective of age.

I generally prefer to stand but my eyes are better suited to being in the middle of the West where I can see the action of both ends.  However, when I go to away matches, I prefer to stand but I won't deliberately stand in front of someone who doesn't. Just ask those around you, Are you going to stay standing? (funny how most people stand up right up to the whistle blowing at kick off) Thankfully the majority of people are flixible enough to make this work.

Plus, it's healthier to stand rather than sit. Better for the circulation etc, so use that option for as long as you physically can!

I'm glad my club provides me with the choice of how I would like to watch a football match.

It doesn't, not on the actual ticket.

There's no seat numbers printed on the tickets for the SS. It just notes 'UNRESERVED'.
I guess its a nice problem to have – worries about it being rammed to the rafters on Sunday.

Just needs a bit of proactive stewarding. Stoke the other year, they stopped you getting past a certain point once it was obviously full.

Still mental that that was at 1:45 that we couldn't get past half way... Bet it'll be the same this time.

I’ll be lovely and comfy in the West  :)

Aye just a shame about the company isn't it.

Last thing I want to be on Sunday is comfy. I want it to feel like I've been hit by lightning and my gonads are gonna burst!

Can i ask you all to be quiet, my one year old often likes a nap during the game, the goal on Saturday woke her up.

Ps she's unbeaten in all the games she's attended......

Last thing we want is seat numbering in SS, let the singers/chanters congregate together.

Genuine question guys; I usually sit smack bang in the middle of the South. What time do I need to be in the ground on Sunday?.

I plan on getting there at 2:30. As I've said elsewhere (possibly on here, can't be f**ked looking) I couldn't get to my normal spot against Stoke and that was only fifteen minutes after the gates opened!

Yep, me too bjw.
There will be a natural filling of the seats.
I can’t see it being a problem.

Imagine so with it being full. Plus all those in middle who will stand at the front

I certainly hope not, my Dad cannot stand for 90 minutes anymore and we sit in the South Stand at every match. There's no need for everyone to be stood up.
