This shows how flawed the Owners and Directors fit and proper test is.

"Back in March 2016, Anderson and Holdsworth will have been required to comply with the league’s Owners’ and Directors’ Test and to “provide evidence [to the EFL] of the source and sufficiency of any funds ……… to invest in ……… the club”. It is hard to understand how a business model dependent, amongst other things, on a loan bearing 24% interest could have met the league’s criteria."

A very damning report. There definitely needs to be a review of football finances while clubs perform financial gymnastics to avoid sanctions, whilst others who play by the rules pay the price of relegation or worse. One has to wonder if there's favouritism shown by turning a blind eye to these things for certain clubs.

Well, hopefully the resignation of Shaun Harvey will allow somebody else with a higher moral plane to make the changes that are needed.

He isn't very well thought of in Bradford after his time with City.
He allegedly got thumped in one of the bars at Valley Parade for talking to a City fan like he was dirt.

Sounds as though he’s as well loved as our own dearly loved Richardson!
