  Thanking everyone who contributed to the discussions on the games this season, and the supporters from other sides we played, such as Tyke, who joined in and gave their insightful opinions of our team, they were most welcome.
  A great season for the club with the novelty of an FA cup run and a good season in the league in which we were a little unfortunate not to get to the playoff final.
    The club has taken large strides forward at every level this past season, both on and off the field of play, being well managed on and off the field, and the youth structure continuing to improve with some great and committed coaches who do great work every week in the background.
   Now is the time to look forward to next season, say our goodbyes to those who don't stay, and welcome and get excited about new arrivals, there is much to look forward to for us supporters.
   Thanks once again for your posts on the games during the season, it will not be that long until we are able to have our say again, one thing is certain, we will have much to discuss again next season.

Lot's of cricket, local and international to watch, a few junior football tournaments to watch before August Monkcaster, but yes you are right I can't wait, and seems a long way off at the moment.
