It's a sad state of affairs when a guy is trying to run a club to the best of his ability. Whether you like him or not, some folks are unable to think of the consequences if he wasn't there.
As you say we are in a fortunate position and long may it continue. By now, our owners have proven beyond doubt, they are not in it for themselves, they don't seek the limelight, they just have the desire for the club to be as successful on and off the pitch as it possibly can.
We we're within a whisper of reaching the play off final and that means we have progressed without taking silly risks. There's no reason to believe the progression won't continue and while others flounder, we enjoy being able to look forward to another season of exciting football, courtesy of a shrewd managerial appointment by owners who some would say, are not football men.
I bet several football clubs envy our current status!
