Thanks Dave - my card doesnt have a 16 digit number to use as the promo code, guessing I'll be issued a new one with my season ticket... rather annoying as I paid for it back in November. Will call tomorrow!
I’ve just tried to purchase some train tickets and it’s saying my access code has expired... does anyone know anything about this ?

I have a further query SM, I note you say that existing DNA cards are valid until end of Sept 2019. I have just tied to book tickets for 18th October and even though it is not on one of the blanked out dates (half term I presume) no discount is shown.So does that mean that for travel in October I have to wait for a new DNA card even though my expiry date on the card is March 2020?
