DNA LNER link
« on July 02, 2019, 07:49:35 pm by Jenny »
Does anyone have the link? The DNA website appears to have changed since I last used it and it claims I am not registered and it wont let me register my existing card....

Thanks Dave - my card doesnt have a 16 digit number to use as the promo code, guessing I'll be issued a new one with my season ticket... rather annoying as I paid for it back in November. Will call tomorrow!

My new one this season had the 16 digit number. Before they were issued there was just a generic one to use, had it saved on my old work laptop but I've changed jobs now!

I had this issue last season as they changed the website that it was all based on. The 16-digit number is actually on the card itself that you get issued with.

Hopefully they'll be able to either tell me what my 16 digit card number is or issue me with a new one for this coming season. I cant even recall having a new DNA card last season to be honest. The only one I have in my purse is one that has my member number on.

Are you buying tickets for travel after 31st July?

I looked on website last week and it says tickets can be bought up to 31st July, as I tried to purchase them for early August and no discount was available. Queried this with the club and was informed that a further tie up for 2 years had been agreed, however LNER were updating their software and should be sorted soon.

This was just logging into my account. The message said I need to contact my employer for a new access code

All DNA cards are valid until September 2019.

However the new deal with LNER starts on 1st August. OK to use existing DNA cards until that date.

I had the same issue going on the 30th August

There were certain dates that the discount didn't apply, mostly in school holidays. Could be because of that?

I have a further query SM, I note you say that existing DNA cards are valid until end of Sept 2019. I have just tried to book tickets for 18th October and even though it is not on one of the blanked out dates (half term I presume) no discount is shown.

So does that mean that for travel in October I have to wait for a new DNA card even though my expiry date on the card is March 2020?

You should have your new DNA card now?

I picked mine up a couple of days ago and then booked travel with LNER for September. It wouldn't accept my new card so I used my old one.

Thanks SM, I've not received it yet. I'll ring the club tomorrow.

They have them in the ticket office, and I understand they're trying to issue people with the same numbered card, but mine had one digit difference.
