To make a change from politics...
Every now and again some product or other escapes the grip of marketing managers and is released looking as the designer really imagined it.
I'd say the Tesla Cybertruck is one of those products. Musk says it was inspired by the original Lotus Esprit. Which itself was designed by Guigiaro. Italian car designers of the 80s loved sharp lines and angles and I'd say there is a healthy dose of DeLorean (another Guigiaro effort) in this too. It looks a lot like a vehicle Ridley Scott would have put in Bladerunner.
To be honest I don't think we ought to want big heavy trucks, even electric ones, clogging up the roads. Aesthetically though, this is original and daring.

Looks like a car from an 80's film when they imagined what cars would look like in the future.
Reminds me of when Homer Simpson designed a car.
