Is he the new Steve Gallan or Haken Hayrettin ? It poses the question why did we bring him in if he doesn’t play? DM sees him and we have to go with his judgment, the lad might be struggling to adapt from where he came from to where we are - who knows?

From what I’ve seen, he’s simply not good enough.

Conference to L1 is a big step, but add to that we are top of L1 and it’s quite some step. Maybe it’s a confidence thing?

I don’t like writing players off, but whenever I have seen him play for us, he hasn’t looked anywhere near the standard required. (Admittedly very little)

Worth noting also the quality of players in front of him this season.   Whiteman, Gomes who started the season on fire, James,Taylor Richards etc.

Now Ben Whiteman has gone he might get more of a chance in the second half of the season depending on who we bring in and injuries etc.

He was from the league below the conference, so an event bigger step up

He might be called upon though with things as they are.

Thought as much myself I even half think he’ll play at West Ham considering it’s basically a free hit for us & it’ll protect someone who is going to play in the league -
