Can anyone direct me to the whereabout of Almond Tree Court is in Balby, apparently its a covid vaccination centre

Thank you, I wasn’t sure if it was Weston Road entrance or St Caths, I’ll be coming from the Motorway so I’ll try St Caths, my daughter is a homecare worker going for her vaccination, not sure why she can’t go local to Thorne mind

To be fair Filo, the allocation of centres defies logic.

My mum who is 85 and lives in Denaby, thought she would attend the one at Denaby Leisure Centre, but was allocated Adwick Leisure Centre

I think in my daughters case her head office is in the Town Centre, so I think that iswhy she has been allocated to Balby, no complaints here though, the rollout is going great why complicate things cross matching postcodes?

General Vaccination Update

National booking letters for Covid-19 vaccinations continue to be sent to people who are in priority groups 1-4.

When the NHS contacts you or a loved one to get vaccinated, you may be offered a few places to go including local vaccination sites or regional mass vaccination sites and pharmacies which are located in neighbouring towns and cities.

Please remember that this is simply a way for you to access a vaccination quicker and don't worry if you can't get there should it not be suitable. You will be offered other ways to get a jab soon.

She should be able to as lots of Thorne people are being sent to York ! A 93 yo woman was sent Appointment for there evn though her Daughter had to drive 25 + miles to pick her up then drive to York and ack and another 25 + to her house

Another 90 plus lady got similar appointment but was then called into Thorne an hour before she was due to go to York

Meantime Thorne is the "York" for Stainy residents

It was lovely going down the M18 in the snow at 7:45 this morning following the snow plough
