Just as Glen was shaking in anger when he outed the Rovers ‘fan’ spewing out racial insults then attempting to rebuff Glen’s outrage by saying ‘We’re all Rovers aren’t we?’……pathetic, I get wound up by the whinges on here verbally attacking the board, the owner, the management I find my jaw aching because I’m unconsciously gritting my teeth at their uneducated ‘finger jabbing’ drivel.

Unfortunately I can’t let it rest & find myself ‘diving in’ to the extent where I’m ‘fighting’ 3 or 4 at the same time, sometimes under different posts! I find myself hiding the iPad under the covers so my wife isn’t disturbed by the light from it as she sleeps!

But I’ll continue until they’ve argued themselves into a ‘cul de sac’ or better still ‘disappeared up their ar**s’ & stop ‘coming back’ at me.

Sad I know, & even such ‘small victories’ leave me closing down the iPad then reliving each mindless comment I’ve ‘chased down’…..still gritting my bl**dy teeth!

Its living in the past to judge the standards by the conference years. The club have set the standard for us to be a plucky medium-sized club that tries for the play-offs. That's their standards, stated frequently. I think the majority of fans accept that and we're falling below that at the moment.

Remember that throughout this period of relative success the club has had a decent subsidy.

If that situation changes then maintaining these standards will become harder. That's why I remain a staunch supporter of the current ownership.

I never want to say that we are better off without “fans” such as this, as we should all want as many DRFC fans as possible. This kind of attitude is not wanted or needed.

Lot of fuss over nothing, it’s more of a joke than a statement, I’ve heard supposed fans around were I used to sit shouting worse things…… he’s basically saying the team is more important historically than those in charge, which is naive at best, and referencing netto is either very clever ( likening the rovers to a store that doesn’t exist anymore) or an outdated idea that wasn’t thought out properly ( which is pretty embarrassing for said individual)

All in all it’s a group of lads showing their collective frustration at what they perceive to be the problem with our club….

Embarrassed to say someone I know did exactly that yesterday.

Please can someone explain to me how you can sing "support the team, not the regime" then go about telling the team or the new signings they're shite? Maybe I'm missing something but I just can't reconcile the two.
