Well, that's terrible news. Terrible. I never met Ian, but I always enjoyed, and respected, his posts. This getting older business really is the pits. BobG

Poor bloke was active on here just two days ago. It just shows you never know what's around the corner, and makes you wonder why we spend much of our lives arguing and moaning with and at each other, especially in trivial things like football. Sad news. RIP sheffield exile 1.
Really sad news. I didn’t know Ian personally, but it’s always sad to hear news like this and condolences to all his family and friends. We lost another member of the Rovers family yesterday (not a forum poster) but it’s a hard time. There’s a growing gathering of good souls up there that will be looking over Rovers’ and cheering us on from above.
