Not looking for hidden agendas at all. Simply posing a topic for discussion.

I suppose I'm curious to understand what they interpret as abuse going forward.

Is putting Baldwin's face on a Netto logo abuse?

If you are going to display that logo in public, including messages on offical club social media platforms, then Yes. If you are using it as a private joke between mates - not intended for the wider public viewing - then No.
