If you are going to display that logo in public, including messages on offical club social media platforms, then Yes. If you are using it as a private joke between mates - not intended for the wider public viewing - then No.

Is sending a tweet directly to a player saying, you played sh*t today abuse?

Yes, of course.

Where does the line get drawn...

Thats why the club have drawn up a code. Clearly some people need one.
