The Haynes manual for a car of today would have to have an appendix so big for the health and safety and PPE requirements that it would dwarf the actual technical sections.

On The Chase the other day, they asked a 20 year old woman 'Into which sea does the River Rhine flow'? She said 'I have never heard of the River Rhine', which seeing as she was in the 2nd year of a Geography degree, left me open mouthed.

She answered 'the Isle of Man'?
