He was a good player Noteman, really quick. Muir and Jones did look very promising at that level, it’s strange how things that look almost certain don’t turn out. Wasn’t Crichton at Norwich for a time, higher up as an understudy?

Remember thinking at the time that Bruno and Johnny Muir were going to rip the league a new ar*ehole,

That soon changed.


Thought exactly the same at the game, Noteman was so quick & they simply couldn't get anywhere near Bruno, great days.
