French letters are "ballooning"

In fact it's not only french letters it's all "foreign outward males mail"

The royal mail has received a cyberattack (they tried to keep it quiet) and the amount of outward post in storage depots really is ballooning, so much so they have asked the public not to "insert" them in the "red faced" postboxes.
