I had the pleasure of seeing Tony Bennett at Madison Square Garden in 2019 when he came on stage as Billy Joel’s special guest. They sang a duet to ‘New York State of Mind’
His voice was incredible, even in his nineties.

I expect to see a re run of his Glasto legends slot from a few years back
I remember back in 1967 having been taken out of school for an early summer holiday on the Broads with Grandparents and no radio coming back for our annual Don Valley High summer camp being asked on the bus to camp being asked if I had heard the new hit San Francisco?

I was there at Glastonbury 98.
It was an incredible set and to think he was 72 at the time!
By all accounts a nice chap too.
