  Butler and McSheffrey never had a chance, both picked squads up  that were decimated, Schofield lived in a dream world, Wellens didn't fit the club attitude wise, Moore was the worst left us up the garden path and also stunted the clubs progression of the academy when we had promising players coming through, but not his thing.
  Grant needs time to have a chance to sort the mess left out, and the last five have had a Blunt instrument to work with until recently.
